Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and handed over to the carrier.
You will receive an order confirmation email and, after dispatch, a shipping email with tracking information.
Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days (varies by destination).
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and may be longer during peak periods or to remote areas.
We work with reputable carriers for secure, trackable deliveries.
Delivery takes place to your address or to a pickup point, if available at checkout.

The shipping email includes a tracking code and link.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after the carrier’s first scan.
Need to change the address? Let us know before dispatch. After dispatch, changes must be made directly with the carrier.
If delivery attempts fail, a new attempt may be made or the parcel may be sent to a pickup point, depending on the carrier’s policy.
To speed up delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking details.
Severe weather, seasonal peaks, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and replace or refund, as appropriate.
